Carvello KB4 Krema Lightweight Body Filler

A 2K, polyester-based lightweight filler with excellent filling properties.

Product Description

A lightweight, thixotropic, compact, VOC-compliant, 2-component, polyester-based filler for filling in rough metallic surfaces, as well as for repairing OEM 2- and 3-coat systems, and for design work. It is formulated with top-quality, lightfast pigments to meet OEM color standards. Exhibits excellent coverage and flow and is easy to apply. Includes paste hardener.

Application

Mix 100 parts with 2 to 3 parts hardener and allow to dry for 20 to 30 minutes at 23 °C. 

Note: Adding too much hardener may stain the topcoat. Add 50% less hardener above 80 °C to prevent peeling. Short-wave IR drying time is 5 to 8 minutes at 60 to 70 cm. Pot life is 4 minutes at 23 °C. Do not apply at temperatures below 5 °C or to 1K filler, etch primer, soft and old paintwork, or TPA substrates.

• Shelf life is 18 months, stored at 5 to 25 °C in the original, unopened container.
